Mesh Movement, The Roost at Chislehurst Rec

If the only movement you did over summer was moving from the lounger to the pool, then some pilates might be in order. There definitely seems to be a trend of people working more days in the office. Since the end of the summer holidays, the trains definitely seem a touch busy than before the break. This tally’s with some of the news reports highlighting more companies are enforcing three, if not four days a week in the office.

We understand that tomorrow’s Beer & Music Festival is entirely sold out. This is of course great news on the one hand, but also a shame as licensing restrictions have limited the number who could attend. However, the Cockpit have said they are planning to make the event even bigger next year.

We’ll drink to that.
